1. Login to Pay Pal : https://www.paypal.com/
2. Go to the API access page: https://developer.paypal.com/webapps/developer/docs/classic/api/apiCredentials/#navigate-to-the-api-access-page
3. Select My Account > Profile > My Selling Tools, then click the Update (API Access) link
4. Pick Option 2: Request API credentials to create your own API username and password.
5. Click Link: View API Signature
6. Agree to terms and you will see:
